Meet Mike

For over 20 years Mike has been actively selling real estate in the city of Guelph and Wellington County. Mike has participated in residential, condo, new home sales and small business transfers.

As a member of the Guelph and District Real Estate Board, Mike served as Chairman of Education in 1987, 1988 and 1989, and as a Director of the Board in 1990. With membership to the Ontario Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association, Mike holds certificates in Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Law and Mortgage Financing.

From 1985 to 1989 Mike owned and managed his own brokerage office. This experience, together with his advanced studies at the University of Guelph in Real Estate, Housing, Land Science and Computer Applications, have furthered his professional knowledge to the benefit of his many clients.

Mike offers client consultations, advice and assistance without either cost or obligation, or subscribing to any form of high pressure sales “techniques". Listing services include full MLS exposure on the Guelph & District Real Estate Board, as well as intensive promotion and advertising through the Internet and various real estate publications.
